Wilfred wants to be a witchs dog. His friends dont think he can as witches dont usually have dogs as pets. But Wilfred applies to be a witchs pet anyway and Weenie the witch gives him a chance. Wilfred helps Weenie with her flying and her spells and ends up as Witchs Pet of the Year.
